Daniel is a summer house with the maximum permitted height and building footprint that does not require a building permit in Estonia. The living room and bedroom have an open roof, and above the remaining rooms there are two lofts for additional sleeping or storage space. The house has a wardrobe/storage room, a utility room and, in addition to the sauna shower room, a separate bathroom. The sauna rooms are separated from the rest of the building with an independent entrance. With its large windows, minimalist appearance and well-thought-out space layout, Daniel is suitable both as an urban outbuilding and a modern country home.
